Attacking is an essential skill for any winning team. More than 50% of your play are from OoS attacks. The goal is to generate more attack plays even at minimal play a downball. Here is a break down example for a team to earn total 25 points: 15pts kills + 2 aces + 2 blocks + 6 points from opponent. Players: 2 pin hitter and 1 setter.
Warm ups: downball and diving - Never send your opponent a freeball. The least you should do is downball or sending ball the the corner. I prefer the first method using downball to help hitter getting more reps with contacting the ball solid and placement.
